ESFM, the corporate facilities management division of Compass Group USA, is seeking a Safety Manufacturing Manager to lead safety and workers' compensation support across local units. You will train staff, conduct site visits, implement policies, and report on safety performance through regular updates.

The role requires conducting inspections, promoting ongoing safety awareness, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and client requirements, while supporting incident investigations and loss

Qualifications

• Experience in implementing a variety of occupational health and safety programs.
• Ability to conduct investigations and evaluations and evaluating cost and risk factors.
• Ability to interpret and apply a variety of laws, rules and regulations.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• The Manufacturing and Safety Manager will reduce claims and lost time injuries by providing safety and workers compensation support to local units through training, site visits, policy implementation, measurement, and compliant communication.
• Travel up to 40% is required.
• Ensure OSHA and other standards compliance through facility inspection and safety programs.
• Develop and administer loss prevention and control programs with local unit teams.
• Provide training to managers on safe work practices and maintain safe working environments.
