Compass Group USA's ESFM unit seeks a Manufacturing and Safety Manager in Florence, KY to reduce injuries and losses through training, site visits, policy deployment, and compliant operations. Travel up to 40% is required as you partner with local units and clients to maintain safe workplaces.

You will lead safety programs, OSHA compliance, incident investigations, and reporting while mentoring managers and coordinating with risk management to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing occupational health and safety programs.
• Ability to conduct investigations and evaluate cost and risk.
• Ability to interpret and apply laws, rules, and regulations.
• Excellent presentation and written/verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Visit sites for inspections and implement safety policies.
