Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Safety Logistics Manager to oversee safety initiatives across a large account network and supervise both salaried and hourly staff.

You will coordi­nate with senior management and customers, own safety metrics, and develop policy and training materials to uphold safety standards. The role requires hands-on interaction with drivers, regional travel up to 60%, and collaboration to meet customer expectations while maintaining compliance with company procedures.

Qualificações

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred.
• Three+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehousing or related field.
• Two+ years of managing and leading direct reports.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the performance of salaried and hourly employees; resolve issues and ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with senior management and customers to meet needs and expectations.
• Be responsible for payroll of employees.
• Analyze weekly and monthly P&L to determine profitability and provide reports.
• Be responsible for accounts payable, vendor quotes, and customer invoicing.
• Hold safety and security meetings and provide safety training.
