• Oversee performance of salaried and hourly staff; address performance issues and ensure policy compliance.

• Analyze weekly/monthly P&L to drive profitability and report to senior management.
• Handle accounts payable, vendor quotes, and customer invoicing.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
