Job summary

Georgia-Pacific Dixie Consumer Products Operation in Marmaduke, AR seeks a Health & Safety Leader to drive PBM-aligned safety at the plant. You will partner with front-line leadership, develop and mentor the production team on H&S, and optimize systems to address the facility risk profile.

You will report to the plant manager and foster a culture of safety compliance and stewardship while leading training and continuous improvement initiatives across all levels.

Qualifications

• Health and Safety experience in manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Experience applying safety management systems.
• Experience developing regulatory compliance programs and training.
• Experience in occupational safety management with results.

Responsibilities

• Lead H&S leadership aligned with Path to Zero Safety Strategy.
• Collaborate with site leadership to reduce facility risk via objectives and metrics.
• Manage H&S systems, compliance standards, and risk management processes.
• Communicate safety vision to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver H&S training programs for all levels.
• Drive continuous improvement through audits, investigations, and metrics.
• Coach and develop plant leadership team on safety.
• Oversee injury management and workers' compensation processes.
