Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing operations.
• Experience with root cause analysis or similar methodologies.
• Working knowledge of EH&S management systems.
• Basic understanding of operational financials and inventory control.
• Proficiency with CMMS and PC-based maintenance software.
• Strong communicator across functions and teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the Plant Manager by co-leading daily operations and maintenance to meet goals.
• Coach front-line supervisors, technicians, and planners to boost engagement and performance.
• Help build and sustain a Principle Based Management culture aligned with guiding principles.
• Promote EHS standards and apply HOP practices to reduce risk.
• Oversee material flow from raw materials to finished product in coordination with Ops and Maintenance.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve reliability and quality.
• Support preventive and predictive maintenance activities; manage backlog with CMMS.
• Lead or support root cause analysis for chronic issues and track actions.
