Job summary

Georgia-Pacific Dixie® Consumer Products Operation is seeking a Health & Safety Leader for our Marmaduke, Arkansas facility. The role partners with site leadership to foster a culture of safety, implementing the PBM framework and leading the safety management system across the plant.

You will drive risk reduction, lead training programs, and oversee injury and workers’ compensation processes while mentoring the production leadership team.

Qualifications

• Health & Safety experience in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Experience developing regulatory compliance programs and training.
• Experience in occupational safety management with demonstrated results.
• Certification in H&S (e.g., CSP, CIH) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with front-line leadership and mentors the production team on H&S.
• Develop and optimize systems to address facility H&S risk profile.
• Communicate safety vision and performance to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement via audits, investigations, metrics, and reviews.
• Coach, mentor and develop leadership team members.
