Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety Specialist to lead safety programs at our Sarasota site. You will conduct audits, investigations, and risk assessments, delivering training that improves safety and productivity.

You will partner with leadership to embed a proactive safety culture, analyze incidents, and champion continuous improvement across operations. Flex shifts and safety leadership are core aspects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in EHS or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year in an EHS-related role or 6 months at Amazon.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily safety audits and incident investigations.
• Perform risk assessments and implement safety solutions.
• Deliver safety training to associates and leaders.
