Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety Specialist to champion safety programs at our Washington state sites. You’ll lead audits, investigations, and risk assessments while creating a culture where safety and productivity reinforce each other.

The role requires strong communication, data-driven analysis, and a focus on associate wellbeing. Must be able to work flexible shifts and respond to emergencies as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in EHS-related background is preferred.
• 6 months experience in a safety-related role within Amazon is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive safety programs and conduct daily safety audits.
• Perform incident investigations and risk assessments; implement preventive measures.
• Deliver engaging safety training to associates to foster a proactive safety culture.
• Translate safety data into actionable insights to drive improvement.
