Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety Specialist to lead safety initiatives, audits, and training across the facility. You will partner with leadership and frontline associates to promote a robust safety culture and implement data-driven improvements.

The role requires strong knowledge of OSHA standards, excellent communication, and the ability to handle confidential information while supporting emergency response and safety project delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in EHS-related background is preferred.
• At least 6 months of safety-related experience within Amazon or similar environment.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, specifically 29 CFR 1910.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety audits, incident investigations, and risk assessments.
• Deliver engaging safety training and drive continuous safety improvements.
• Advise associates and leadership to promote a proactive safety culture.
• Analyze safety data and develop narratives to drive engagement in safety initiatives.
• Coordinate emergency response and support safety-related projects.
