Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety Specialist to lead safety programs, audits, and incident investigations at delivery stations. You will drive improvements that protect associates and empower a proactive safety culture while balancing productivity and compliance.

As the site safety champion, you’ll partner with leadership, analyze safety data, and deliver targeted training. First Aid/CPR certification or the ability to obtain it within 3 weeks is required, with flexible shifts

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in safety-related field preferred.
• Experience in environmental health and safety roles or within Amazon is a plus.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations 29 CFR 1910 is expected.

Responsibilities

• Drive safety programs through data-driven strategies and audits.
• Investigate incidents and perform risk assessments to prevent injuries.
• Deliver safety training and champion continuous improvement.
• Advise associates on safety best practices and lead cultural safety initiatives.
