Job summary

RES seeks a Project Safety Manager I to implement the RES System (SMS) on wind, solar, substation, transmission, or energy storage projects in the US. You will lead safety programs, investigations, and audits, and collaborate with regulators, clients, and the HSQE team.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 3+ years of construction safety, OSHA 30, and 76–100% travel. Anticipated base salary: $96,000–$120,000 in Roby, Texas, with full benefits.

Qualifications

• High school/GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health and Safety preferred.
• 5+ years of construction safety experience preferred.
• OSHA 30 required.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety initiatives, audits, and incident investigations.
• Develop and maintain site-specific safety documentation (JHA, Site Safety Plan).
• Coordinate with regulators, clients, and HSQE.
• Deliver safety training and lead safety meetings.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, and site standards.
