Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree aligned with Southland's needs: Occupational Health and Safety.
• Familiarity with construction safety practices and loss management.
• Ability to work with field employees and customers professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist Safety Manager in enforcing safety procedures on projects.
• Support reporting of workers’ compensation claims and vehicle incidents.
• Update MSDS and assemble safety manuals for distribution.
• Help implement tailgate safety meetings and maintain records.
