Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• In lieu of experience, certification program or Associate's Degree in related area or 2+ years of college toward a degree.
• Six months experience in package handling or supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and manage a staff of Package Handlers.
• Hire, coach, train, evaluate performance and manage staff productivity.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control day-to-day operations.
• Assign staff to ensure safe, efficient sortation and movement of trailers.
• Analyze performance and drive improvements with data and reports.
• Lead daily meetings and communicate operational updates and goals.
• Develop safety strategies and administer safety programs.
• Train new employees on duties and FXG policies.
• Mentor and develop junior Supervisors.
