Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to train and coach staff effectively.
• Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance in daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle hiring, coaching, performance evaluations and staff development.
• Plan, organize, and direct day-to-day operations with assigned staff.
• Assign and manage personnel to ensure safe and efficient sortation of packages.
