Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and manage assigned staff to ensure safe, efficient package sortation
• Hire, coach, train, evaluate, and discipline staff as needed
• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control day-to-day operations
• Assign and manage employees to optimize safety and efficiency of sortation
• Monitor performance and implement improvements to key metrics
• Lead daily briefings and maintain clear workforce communication
• Collaborate on safety strategies and programs with leadership
• Resolve customer service issues or escalate as appropriate
• Train new employees on job duties and FXG policies
• Mentor and develop junior Operations Supervisors
• Adapt quickly to change and maintain urgency in dynamic conditions
• Perform other duties as assigned
