Amcor is seeking a Production Supervisor in Oshkosh, WI, to lead daily operations with a sharp focus on safety, quality, and productivity. The role requires coordinating with maintenance and process engineering to resolve equipment issues and optimize throughput.

You will monitor performance via dashboards, drive continuous improvement, and mentor a team of production staff to achieve high performance and strong teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in operations, production supervision, quality, maintenance or related area; or 5+ years combined experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Computer proficiency with MS Office; SAP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a safety leader and prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Oversee daily production and scheduling to meet goals.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies.
• Sponsor continuous improvement projects and sustain gains from initiatives.
• Investigate and resolve production issues with Maintenance/Engineering.
• Lead a high-performance culture and promote teamwork in each work group.
