Job summary

Amcor in Oshkosh, WI, seeks a production supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations with a strong safety focus. You will coordinate production schedules, monitor quality, and drive improvements across maintenance and process engineering interactions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years in manufacturing, and proficiency with MS Office and SAP. You will foster a high-performance culture and support employee development in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum of 2 years' experience in operations, production supervision, quality, maintenance or related experience preferred OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience totaling 5 or more years.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Computer proficiency required (MS Office Suite experience preferred), SAP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety leadership and ensure safety first in all responsibilities.
• Establish and maintain policies and programs to assure a safe working environment with EHS Manager.
• Monitor practices to ensure compliance with safety and quality policies.
• Oversee daily production to meet production goals and manage schedules.
• Supervise production employees and manage timecards and time-off requests.
• Champion continuous improvement and sustain gains from initiatives.
• Interact with Maintenance and Process Engineering to resolve equipment/material issues.
• Conduct performance reviews and support employee growth and career development.
