• Experience maintaining confidentiality in matters involving security or personnel issues in the workplace.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a safety-related field.

Responsibilities

• Drive safety programs with data-driven strategies through audits, investigations and risk assessments.
• Deliver engaging safety training to associates and promote a proactive safety culture.
• Advocate for associate wellbeing and build cross-group partnerships to embed safety best practices.
