Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety Specialist (WHSS) to lead safety initiatives, audits, and incident investigations, ensuring a proactive safety culture across sites. You will design and deliver engaging training, translate safety data into actionable insights, and partner with leadership to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

High school or equivalent.
1 year in an EHS-related field OR a Bachelor’s in EHS OR 6 months in a safety role at Amazon.
Knowledge of OSHA regulations specifically 29 CFR 1910.
Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel in a professional capacity.
Experience maintaining confidentiality in workplace security matters.

Responsibilities

Drive safety program excellence with data-driven strategies, audits, investigations, and training.
Advocate for associate wellbeing and lead safety culture across levels of the organization.
Assist in safety risk assessments, incident analysis, and implementation of improvements.
