Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is hiring a Workplace Health & Safety Specialist (WHSS) to lead safety programs and advocate for associates' wellbeing. You will drive data-driven safety initiatives, conduct audits, and coach teams on best practices to prevent injuries, while maintaining operational efficiency.

You will build relationships with frontline staff and leadership, translating safety data into actionable improvements and influencing a culture of proactive safety.

Qualifications

• 1 year in an EHS-related field or a related internship/role.
• Knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1910 regulations.
• Experience handling safety incidents and audits is preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive security/personnel matters.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety audits, incident investigations, and risk assessments.
• Deliver engaging safety training and drive continuous improvement.
• Advise associates and leadership on safety programs and compliance.
