Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year in an EHS-related field or a Bachelor’s degree in EHS-related background.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations specifically 29 CFR 1910.
• Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel in a professional capacity.
• Experience maintaining confidentiality in matters involving security and/or personnel issues.

Responsibilities

• Drive safety programs through data-driven strategies and conduct daily safety audits and risk assessments.
• Lead incident investigations and risk assessments to prevent injuries.
• Deliver safety training and promote a proactive safety culture across the site.
• Advocate for associate wellbeing and build partnerships with leadership to drive safety improvements.
• Assist emergency response and maintain readiness for on-site safety operations.
