Job summary

Magna Exteriors is seeking a Health, Safety and Ergonomics Manager in Carrollton, GA to lead safety programs across our manufacturing sites. You will develop, implement and continuously improve health and safety policies to protect workers and reduce incident rates.

The role requires a Bachelor's in safety or related field, with preference for a Master's and advanced safety certifications, and at least five years of manufacturing safety leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field is required.
• Master's degree and advanced safety certifications are preferred.
• Minimum five years of experience leading safety programs in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct health and safety objectives to maintain a safe workplace.
• Implement Health and Safety policies and programs across the organization.
• Monitor OSHA compliance and coordinate with area OSHA representatives.
• Oversee Workers' Compensation program and manage injury data.
• Conduct routine safety inspections and coordinate emergency drills.
