Job summary

Magna Exteriors in Carrollton, GA seeks a seasoned Health, Safety & Ergonomics Leader to drive safety programs across the plant. You will develop and implement OSHA-compliant policies, lead training and investigations, and partner with HR to promote a safe workplace.

The role requires 10+ years in HSE, a Bachelor’s in OH&S, and OSHA 10/30 certifications, with fluent English. This is a full-time on-site position aimed at reducing risk and supporting continuous safety improvements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Health & Safety, Ergonomics experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
• OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead health, safety and ergonomics programs across the plant.
• Develop and implement OSHA and safety policies and training.
• Coordinate safety audits, incident investigations, and CAPA actions.
• Collaborate with HR to schedule health events and trainings.
• Report safety performance to management and drive continuous improvement.
