Job summary

Magna Exteriors seeks an experienced supervisor to lead the Assembly Maintenance Department in our Carrollton, GA facility. You will develop and implement TPM and preventive maintenance programs, oversee equipment installations, and manage budgets to optimize reliability and safety.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or apprenticeship required; six years experience may substitute.
• Minimum two years supervisory experience in manufacturing or maintenance environment.
• Basic computer knowledge; MS Office skills beneficial.
• Engineering degree not required but would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Assembly Maintenance Department (P32R, P33A and Final Assembly).
• Develop a Total Productive Maintenance program and preventive maintenance program.
• Oversee equipment purchases for launch and supervise installation and customer sign-off.
• Establish and manage a maintenance budget; control expendable items and external services.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are upheld; train staff accordingly.
