Job summary

Magna Exteriors in Carrollton, GA seeks a seasoned Health, Safety and Ergonomics leader to drive our safety program across the plant. You will lead policy development, training and incident investigations to protect employees and meet ISO 45001 standards.

This role requires strong leadership, systematic problem solving, and collaboration with HR and operations to continuously improve health and safety performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene or related.
• OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications.
• Fluent in English (reading and writing).

Responsibilities

• Lead health, safety and ergonomic activities with safety staff.
• Develop and implement Health, Safety and Ergonomics policies and programs.
• Manage Safety Training and cross-functionally coordinate with HR to schedule sessions.
• Investigate and maintain records for injuries/illnesses and provide analysis.
• Administer and lead ISO 45001 implementation and documentation.
• Coordinate emergency procedures and workplace safety inspections.
