Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety or related field.
• 2-4 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• CSP or similar safety certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive and improve the company safety programs and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Maintain safety records and participate in audits.
• Oversee workers’ compensation program and collaborate with the insurance carrier.
• Develop and deliver health and safety training programs.
• Represent the organization in community or industry safety groups.
