Job summary

United Rentals is seeking an Academy Trainer to deliver world-class safety and equipment operator training programs. This role involves collaborating with Sales, Operations, and Customers to identify training needs and enhance safety performance.

The Trainer will conduct practical evaluations, utilize digital tools, and maintain compliance with training standards. A Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of relevant experience are required, along with strong communication skills and a valid driver’s

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience delivering safety or workforce development training programs.
• Knowledge of OSHA, ANSI, CSA, and MSHA regulations preferred.
• Experience operating construction or industrial equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training programs for safety and equipment operations.
• Conduct practical evaluations and manage training activities.
• Partner with Sales and Operations to identify training opportunities.
