Job summary

United Rentals, Inc. is seeking an United Academy Trainer to deliver world-class training programs for customers and internal teams.

You will serve as a subject matter expert in equipment operation, safety compliance, and adult learning, partnering with Sales, Operations, and branch teams to identify training needs and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include conducting practical evaluations, Train-the-Trainer programs, and Certification programs, leveraging LMS and digital platforms, and

Qualifications

• Experience delivering equipment operator, safety, or workforce development training.
• Knowledge of OSHA, ANSI, CSA, MSHA and related safety standards preferred.
• Ability to build customer relationships and drive training solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led safety and equipment operator training programs for customers and United Rentals employees.
• Conduct practical evaluations, Train-the-Trainer programs, and Certified Evaluator certifications.
• Utilize digital learning platforms, LMS, and mobile technologies to enhance training.
• Maintain training records, certifications, and customer documentation.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and branch teams to identify training opportunities and support revenue growth.
