Job summary

United Rentals is seeking an United Academy Trainer to deliver world-class safety and equipment operator training. You’ll partner with Sales, Operations, and customers to identify needs, develop programs, and drive training revenue while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires 3+ years of training delivery, knowledge of OSHA/ANSI standards, and proficiency with LMS and CRM tools. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, with bilingual Spanish preferred in select

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or a combination of college and related work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience delivering equipment operator, safety, industrial, or workforce development training programs.
• Experience with LMS, Salesforce, and CRM tools preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of OSHA, ANSI, CSA, MSHA safety regulations and industry standards.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led safety and equipment operator training programs for customers and United Rentals employees.
• Conduct practical evaluations and Train-the-Trainer programs.
• Utilize digital learning platforms, simulators, and blended learning solutions to enhance the learning experience.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and branch teams to identify training opportunities and support revenue growth.
• Maintain training records, certifications, and documentation.
