Job summary

Federal Express Corporation is seeking a frontline supervisor to support the Safety Above All culture and manage package handlers and administrative staff. You will ensure safe, efficient sortation and oversee staff performance while upholding FXG policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsible for hiring, coaching, training, and recognizing staff, directing daily operations, and analyzing performance data to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• In lieu of experience, certification program or Associate's Degree in related area or 2+ years of college toward a degree.
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations and staff; hire, coach, train, and evaluate performance.
• Promote FedEx Safety Above All culture and related initiatives.
• Plan, organize, staff, and direct operational activities.
• Assign and manage staff to ensure safe, efficient sortation and cost control.
• Lead meetings, communicate updates, and deliver public speaking as needed.
• Administer employee relations and safety programs, training, and compliance.
• Mentor and develop junior supervisors; adapt to changing business needs.
