Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory roles in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to recruit, coach, train and evaluate staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and staff scheduling.
• Hire, coach, train, recognize, evaluate and discipline staff.
• Ensure safe and efficient sortation and FXG compliance.
• Lead daily meetings and communicate updates to teams.
• Train new employees on duties, QA, safety and procedures.
• Resolve customer service issues and adapt to changes.
