Job summary

FedEx is seeking a frontline Operations Supervisor to support the Safety Above All Culture and manage day-to-day operations and a staff of Package Handlers. You will ensure safe and efficient sortation through proper staffing, training, and adherence to FedEx policies.

You will lead daily meetings, coach employees, monitor performance, and partner with the linehaul team as needed to optimize cost and quality.

Qualifications

• Six months experience in package handling or supervisory roles.
• Experience in fast-paced environments (retail, fulfillment center, warehouse).
• Military experience with honorable discharge is a plus.

Responsibilities
