Qualifications

• Six months’ experience in package handling or supervisory roles in fast-paced environments (FedEx, retail, fulfillment center, warehouse, dock).

• Hire, coach, train, and evaluate staff; recognize performance and address concerns.
• Ensure safe and efficient sortation of packages and compliance with FedEx policies.
