Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• In lieu of experience, certification or an associate degree or 2+ years toward degree.
• Six months experience in package handler or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and staff for safe, efficient package sortation.
• Hire, coach, train, evaluate, and discipline staff.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control day-to-day operations.
• Manage safe and efficient sortation of packages and trailers in coordination with linehaul as applicable.
• Lead meetings and communicate updates to staff; speak to small and large groups as needed.
• Develop and implement safety strategies and administer training and policies.
