• Oversee daily package sortation operations and staff assignments
• Hire, coach, train, evaluate, and discipline employees as needed
• Ensure safety compliance and FedEx FXG policies are followed
• Plan, organize, staff, direct, and control day-to-day operations
• Lead regular meetings and communicate targets to staff at all levels
• Identify opportunities to improve key metrics and implement action plans
• Address customer service issues and escalate when needed
• Mentor other Operations Supervisors and support development of the team
