FedEx Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead frontline teams, ensure safe and efficient package sortation, and manage staff in a fast-paced environment. You will hire, coach, train, and evaluate performance while aligning with FedEx Safety Above All initiatives.

The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and the ability to mentor junior supervisors. Some travel and adherence to FXG policies are expected.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Six (6) months experience in package handling or supervisory roles, or related education path.
• Ability to lead a team, communicate with diverse audiences, and interpret data.

• Serve as a champion for FedEx's Safety Above All Culture and support related initiatives.
• Manage hiring, coaching, training, performance evaluation and staff productivity.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control day-to-day operations.
• Assign and manage staff to ensure safe, efficient sortation of packages.
• Lead daily meetings to communicate updates and goals.
• Train new employees on duties, performance expectations, and FXG policies.
• Mentor and develop skills for Operations Supervisors.
• Adapt to changing business needs with urgency and professionalism.
