Qualifications

• Successful completion of a construction industry internship or one year of related construction experience.
• Experience in design, estimating, and/or field supervision preferred.
• Current or ability to become current with OSHA 10 safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide interpretation of plans for contractors and trade supervisors.
• Monitor and respond to purchase requests and change orders.
• Assist with project pre-bid conferences and progress meetings.

Skills

Ability to read and comprehend building plans
