Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field with 6+ years of directly related experience.
• Proficiency with Procore, P6, MS Project, Excel, AutoCad, and project management software.
• Solid understanding of building plans, specifications, value engineering, and life cycle costing.
• Proven results in driving safety initiatives and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Take personal responsibility for working safely within an incident and injury free culture.
• Manage on-site construction activities and coordinate with trade contractors.
• Review plans and specs for constructability and schedule; ensure project quality and safety.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, cost codes, budgets, and productivity reporting.
• Lead site safety meetings and ensure OSHA compliance.
