Adolfson & Peterson Construction is seeking a Marketing Manager in Aurora, CO to lead marketing projects and a team, including pursuits, events, graphics, advertising, PR, writing, data organization and branding. You will collaborate with senior marketing to drive strategy and content across proposals and collateral.

Your role emphasizes strong writing, research, and leadership to advance AP’s market position while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Competenze

• History of progressively more responsible leadership experience with proven results in marketing.
• 6+ years of proposal writing, coordination, and research experience.
• Experience in strategic planning, marketing, market development, and promotions/advertising.
• Experience creating brand awareness and communications programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and InDesign). Illustrator a plus.
• Strong writing, proofreading, editing, and process documentation skills.

• Lead and manage marketing projects and team members across pursuits, events, and branding.
