Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering with 2+ years of PM experience.
• Or an associate degree in construction management with 4+ years of PM experience.
• Proficiency with shop drawing submittals, plans and specs, safety standards.
• MS Office, MS Project, Procore, P6, Bluebeam, Prolog knowledge; OSHA 30 preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification current or ability to obtain.
• Willingness to travel to project sites up to 70+ miles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate safety, budgets, contracts, schedules, and trade coordination with Superint or PM.
• Review submittals, RFIs, ASIs, and change orders; maintain project logs.
• Monitor material procurement, fabrication status, and delivery.
• Assist in early close-out and final owner acceptance; participate in meetings.
• Prepare scope of work matrices and manage project cost, risks, and schedules.
