JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Safety Director for the Advanced Facilities Group (AFG). The role leads safety and health programs across a national scope, calibrating metrics, investigations, and training to support strategic safety goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety/health, construction management or related field.
• 10+ years construction safety experience.
• 5+ years people management experience.
• 2+ years budgeting or financial management experience.
• Safety leadership experience on large scale advanced facilities/high tech projects (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Implements, manages and drives environmental, health and safety programs and initiatives.
• Measures environmental, health and safety metrics and provides analytics.
• Provides support with Worker’s Compensation claims and coordinates with Risk/Insurance teams.
• Leads Drug and Alcohol program per corporate policies.
• Designs, leads and conducts EH&S training for Regional safety teams.
• Leads investigation on serious or catastrophic safety matters.
• Collaborates with nationwide safety professionals to monitor trends and provide recommendations.
• Owns prequalification platforms (ISNET, ConstructSecure) and interfaces with client solutions partners.
