Clark Construction Group is seeking a Safety Assistant to provide administrative and analytical support to the Safety Group, advancing the company’s 24/7 culture of care. You will help with policy administration, data visualization, and field-based learning on active construction sites.

Ideal candidates have 0-2 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for construction safety.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant experience; undergraduate degree preferred.
• Proficiency in data tools (Power BI preferred) and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus.
• Demonstrated passion for the construction industry and ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist in policy administration, data visualization, and field-based learning.
• Support monthly reporting and documentation with safety metrics and charts.
• Develop and maintain charts and dashboards in Power BI for safety data analysis.
• Participate in site visits and mentor trades on site-specific safety plans.
