Job summary

Clark Construction Group, LLC is seeking a Safety Coordinator to help protect thousands on our jobsites. You will support the Safety, Health and Environmental program and promote safe work practices across construction projects.

You will work with field teams to identify hazards, promote safety culture, conduct site walks, and ensure compliance with OSHA and local standards. This role requires 0-2 years experience and a degree in safety or related field; OSHA 10/30 preferred.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant construction safety experience or demonstrated construction safety/trade experience.
• Undergraduate degree in safety and health (or related discipline) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety programs and standards; attend required training.
• Identify hazards and mitigate hazardous conditions to assure compliance.
• Conduct site Walks and report safety performance and future plans.
• Plan complex safety aspects with field supervision (critical lifts, hazardous material handling, fire prevention, evacuation).
• Ensure incidents are investigated and reported timely; educate on Clark safety policies.
• Cultivate industry relationships to attract talent and exceed stakeholder expectations.
