Qualifications

• 0–2 years of relevant experience; an undergraduate degree in Safety and Health or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in data tools (Power BI preferred) and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Policy administration support for Fitness for Duty.
• Coordinate pre-employment drug screenings and random quarterly testing.
• Maintain documentation adhering to federal, state, and local safety standards.
• Gather safety data, charts, and metrics for Monthly Safety Report.
• Develop and maintain Power BI charts and dashboards for Safety Data Analysis.
• Participate in site visits to gain hazard identification experience.
• Coach and educate trade partners on site safety plans.
