Qualifications

• 0–2 years of construction safety experience or related discipline
• Undergraduate degree in safety and health or related field
• Passion for the construction industry
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 training is preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Promote safety programs and compliance with standards
• Attend required training
• Coach and educate employees on health and safety requirements
• Identify hazards and provide input to mitigate risks
• Conduct site walks and report safety performance
• Collaborate with field supervision on safety aspects of the project
