Job summary

The Shelly Company, a CRH Company, is seeking a Safety Manager to partner with the Division Safety Manager to foster a strong safety culture across our Ohio operations. You will provide technical and compliance guidance to field crews, help implement safe work practices, and support safety initiatives across multiple business units.

Responsibilities include inspections, incident investigations, training, and collaboration with leadership to ensure adherence to OSHA, MSHA and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related field required.
• Experience in safety management in construction materials preferred.
• OSHA and MSHA training certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Division Safety Manager to promote a culture of safety.
• Provide technical/compliance expertise to field employees.
• Conduct inspections, investigations, and training to ensure regulatory adherence.
