Job summary

The Shelly Company in Ohio is seeking a Safety-minded, highly energetic Project Manager to lead construction projects from start to finish, coordinating with subcontractors and as a prime contractor. You will manage costs, schedules, and project communications, travel as needed, and ensure adherence to safety and company policies while delivering quality results on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a four-year college or technical school; or three to five years related experience.
• Proficient with Windows, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Verify cost estimates and work with Estimators to complete project handoff.
• Issue, execute and manage subcontracts as required with Contract Admins.
• Maintain and manage accurate construction and paving schedules for projects managed.
• Manage project revenue tracking on daily, weekly, and monthly bases.
• Ensure safety standards are followed on all projects.
