Job summary

The Shelly Company, a CRH company, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead safety initiatives and oversee vehicle, equipment, and shop maintenance in Ohio. You will coordinate R&M services, manage CMMS work orders, and monitor cost reporting with a focus on reliability and safety.

Responsibilities include supervising technicians, ensuring adherence to 5S and safety procedures, and communicating with Operations to optimize asset performance and downtime.

Qualifications

• Five years related experience and/or training.
• Proficient with Windows, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive leadership that promotes the Safety Culture of the organization.
• Leads and participates in daily pre-shift meetings.
• Promotes and ensures PPE adherence in shop and field.
