Responsibilities

• Ensure overall safety of the interim housing site through observation and engagement.
• Coordinate with case management to support the interim housing site.
• Coordinate with security to maintain site safety.
• Conduct regular site rounds and report discrepancies or concerns.
• Draft written documentation on safety and security matters.
• Respond to safety/crisis situations using de‑escalation strategies.
• Assist with reports and participate in trainings and meetings.
